3 Shifts to stop muting yourself online — a free 20-minute mini-class by Alvi
Inside the class

Three reframes that change everything.

Twenty minutes. No pitch. No "just post anyway." Just three sentences that — if you let them land — rearrange how you understand what's actually happening in your body.

Shift 01 · Body, not character

Not broken. Protected.

What you've been calling self-sabotage is your nervous system doing its job. The tightness in your throat, the deletion, the sudden need to clean the kitchen — that's not weakness. That's a 911 call from a system that loves you. Once you understand what your body is protecting you from, everything changes.

Shift 02 · Method, not willpower

Regulate, then create.

"Feel the fear and do it anyway" is biologically terrible advice — and it's why you've been trying for years and getting nowhere. You're not failing. You're running the wrong protocol. Inside, you'll learn what actually moves a body from freeze to ventral safety in sixty seconds.

Shift 03 · Mission, not mirror

The camera is a window.

Not a mirror. Through it, on the other side, is one specific person who has been waiting for someone like you to say a sentence that lets her exhale. You stop auditioning. You start calling someone. This is the reframe that, honestly, changed my life.

Inside the 60-second protocol

Three tools you can do in a bathroom.

Body-first. Studied for decades. Gentle enough that nobody around you has to know you're doing them. Sixty seconds, before the camera even comes on — and the body you bring to the recording is a different body.

01

Orientation

Eyes around the room, slowly. Land on neutral objects — the corner of a window, the leg of a chair, a plant. You teach your nervous system, in real time, that there is no tiger in this room.

02

The humming exhale

The vagus nerve runs through your throat. A long, low hum on a slow exhale tells your body — very directly, in a language deeper than words — that you are safe enough to make sound.

03

Butterfly tapping

Hands crossed over your chest. Alternating gentle taps. Bilateral stimulation — one of the gentlest, most evidence-supported regulation tools in the world. It costs nothing. It works.

A note from Alvi

I built this because I needed it.

I'm Alvi. Founder of Living Fearless and the creator of UNMUTED — a 7-day visibility challenge for people who feel physically unsafe being seen online.

I spent years staring at draft posts I'd never publish. I'd record videos and delete them before anyone saw them. I'd convince myself I just needed one more course, one more framework, one more confidence boost. None of it worked. Because none of it was about my body.

This class is the work that finally moved the needle. I'd love for you to have it.
